How Melgisorb works
Melgisorb is a soft, sterile calcium sodium alginate dressing that absorbs large amounts of wound exudate. When absorbing, the alginate fibres form a soft moist gel, giving a moist environment conducive to wound healing to take place. The gel can easily be removed by irrigating with normal saline.

- Does not adhere to moist wound bed
- Suitable for cavity wounds
